The True TDM-DZ Series 48" Dual Zone Curved Bakery Display Case is designed for restaurants, cafes, bakeries, and food service operations that need to merchandise both dry and refrigerated items side by side in a single freestanding unit. With a black exterior and white interior finish, it fits naturally into front-of-house and counter display settings.

This dual zone merchandiser offers two independent temperature range options, with the refrigerated section operating between 33°F and 41°F, making it suitable for displaying pastries, cakes, sandwiches, and other perishable baked goods alongside dry items. The curved clear glass front and two sliding glass doors provide an unobstructed view of displayed items while keeping the interior easily accessible for staff.

Inside, six adjustable chrome plated wire cantilever shelves allow flexible arrangement of baked goods at varying heights. The interior is finished in powder coated FDA-approved white over cold-rolled steel. LED lighting illuminates displayed items clearly without adding significant heat load.
