The ProKitchen Series 36" Curved Glass Refrigerated Bakery Display Case is designed for bakeries, cafés, restaurants, and commercial kitchen refrigerated food display. The black unit uses glass and painted steel construction, with a 10.4 cb3 capacity and curved glass display case type.

The display case measures 37" (L) x 27.1" (W) x 47.6" (H). Double tempered glass, two sliding rear glass doors, and brilliant internal LED lighting are included for the display area.

Two adjustable glass shelves organize bakery items. The top shelf measures 31.69" L x 12.2" D, while the bottom shelf measures 31.69" L x 14.57" D.

Digital temperature control and a digital display support a listed temperature range of 32°F to 53.6°F. The refrigerated display case uses ventilated cooling, automatic defrost, R-290 refrigerant, 110-120 V single-phase power, 4.5 A, 380 W, and 60 Hz operation through a NEMA 5-15P plug with a 72-inch power cord.
