The Frigomax Series 77" Dry and Refrigerated Bakery Display Case is a freestanding serve-over counter unit designed for bakeries, cafes, patisseries, and commercial kitchens that need to present both ambient and chilled baked goods in a single, continuous case.

This display case holds 25.5 cubic feet of storage within a straight glass front configuration, allowing customers and staff a clear, unobstructed view of displayed items. The glass shelving throughout the interior keeps the presentation clean and allows light to pass through each level evenly. Built-in LED lighting illuminates the full cabinet, making pastries, cakes, and chilled products easy to identify from the front counter.

The unit operates on 110V/60Hz and draws 6.5 amperes at 540 watts, compatible with standard commercial kitchen circuits without a dedicated high-voltage line. The refrigeration section maintains 32 to 41 degrees Fahrenheit, suitable for cream-filled pastries, cheesecakes, mousses, and other temperature-sensitive baked goods.
