The cabinet holds 26.4 cubic feet of product and maintains a temperature range of 36℉ to 46℉, making it suitable for displaying pastries, cakes, sandwiches, and other chilled baked goods. Automatic defrost keeps the interior temperature consistent without manual intervention, and the stainless steel interior supports routine cleaning in a busy commercial kitchen environment.

The double tempered glass door and straight-glass front offer an unobstructed view of displayed items, while the front glass swings up to allow easy cleaning access between service periods.
