The Frigomax Series refrigerated bakery display case is designed for restaurants, cafés, and bakeries that need a reliable countertop-height unit to present chilled pastries, cakes, and baked goods at safe holding temperatures.

This freestanding unit maintains a temperature range of 36°F to 46°F, making it suitable for displaying cream-filled pastries, mousses, and other temperature-sensitive baked items throughout a service shift. The 13.1 cubic foot interior is lined with stainless steel for durability and easier sanitation, while automatic defrost reduces the need for manual intervention during busy periods.

The straight-glass design features double tempered glass on the door and display panels, giving customers a clear, unobstructed view of merchandise from multiple angles. The front glass swings up to provide easy cleaning access to the interior, and included leg levelers allow stable placement on uneven floors. LED lighting illuminates the interior without generating excess heat inside the cabinet.

The unit runs on 110V / 60Hz power at 390 watts, drawing 4 amperes, and uses R-290 refrigerant.
