The cabinet maintains a temperature range of 36°F to 46°F, making it suitable for displaying cream-filled pastries, cheesecakes, and chilled desserts. The 9.8 cubic foot stainless steel interior offers meaningful holding capacity for a single display unit, while automatic defrost keeps the cabinet operating without manual intervention during service hours.

The curved double tempered glass front provides a clear sightline to displayed items from customer-facing angles, and the front glass swings up to allow straightforward cleaning access between shifts.
