The straight glass front and tempered glass shelving give staff and customers a clear, unobstructed view of displayed items. At 34.0 cubic feet of interior capacity, this unit accommodates a substantial volume of pastries, sandwiches, chilled desserts, or other food items ready for service. Ventilated cooling circulates air evenly throughout the cabinet and holds temperature between 32 and 41 degrees Fahrenheit, suitable for a wide range of refrigerated bakery and food items.

Built-in LED lighting illuminates the display interior without generating the heat of older lamp types, keeping displayed food at stable temperatures.
