Marchia 72" Curved Glass Refrigerated Bakery Display Case, Stainless Steel, 110-120V

The Marchia 72-inch refrigerated bakery display case is a freestanding curved-glass unit designed for restaurants, cafes, bakeries, and other commercial kitchen operations that need attractive, temperature-controlled merchandising for pastries, cakes, and baked goods.

The cabinet measures 72.5" (L) x 27.1" (D) x 47.6" (H) and holds 21.2 cubic feet of interior storage space, with an interior length of 69.29 inches, interior depth of 22.83 inches, and interior height of 25.2 inches. Two adjustable glass shelves with top dimensions of 67.13" L x 12.2" D and bottom dimensions of 67.13" L x 14.57" D allow staff to configure the display around varying product heights. Brilliant internal LED lighting illuminates baked goods evenly for clear visibility from the customer side.

Temperature is maintained between 32°F and 53.6°F through a ventilated cooling system with automatic defrost, controlled via a digital display and digital temperature control. The bottom-mounted 3/5 HP compressor uses R-290 refrigerant, a low-GWP choice for commercial kitchen environments, and draws 4.9 amperes at 110-120V, 60 Hz, single phase, through a NEMA 5-15P plug. The 72-inch power cord length gives flexible placement near standard wall outlets. An independent switch allows dry and refrigerated sections to be operated separately. The unit is certified cETLus Listed, ETL Sanitation Listed, and certified to NSF Standard.

Four casters, two with brakes and two without, support easy repositioning on the sales floor or within the commercial kitchen. Double tempered curved glass doors in a sliding configuration on both sides allow convenient access for staff during restocking. The stainless steel and glass construction finishes in silver. It includes a 1-year warranty by the manufacturer.
