The Marchia 36-inch Refrigerated Bakery Display Case is a freestanding, white-finished unit designed for bakeries, cafes, and restaurants that need attractive, accessible cold storage for pastries, cakes, and other baked goods.

The cabinet measures 27.1" (D) x 36" (W) x 47.6" (H) and holds 10.4 cubic feet of refrigerated space across two adjustable glass shelves. A four-sided glass design with double tempered curved glass panels maximizes product visibility from multiple angles, while two sliding glass doors allow staff to retrieve items quickly during a busy service. Interior LED lighting highlights displayed items without adding significant heat to the cabinet interior.

Temperature is maintained between 32°F and 53.6°F through a ventilated cooling system with a bottom-mounted compressor and automatic defrost. A digital display and digital temperature control give staff a clear, consistent read on cabinet conditions. The unit runs on 110-120V single-phase power, draws 4.5 amperes at 380 watts, and comes with a NEMA 5-15P plug on a 6-foot power cord. R-290 refrigerant, a low global warming potential option, is used in the cooling circuit. Four casters, two of which include brakes, allow repositioning on the kitchen or front-of-house floor.

The case is constructed from painted steel and glass and is certified cETLus Listed, ETL Sanitation Listed, CSA Compliant, and NSF Certified, meeting widely recognized commercial food safety and electrical standards. It includes a 1-year warranty by the manufacturer.
