The FrostLine Series Reach-In Merchandiser is a high-performance refrigeration unit designed for commercial kitchens. Built from durable powder-coated black steel with a white powder-coated steel interior, it features two glass left/right hinged swing doors that provide clear display and accessibility for food and beverage items. Its spacious 48 cu. ft. capacity and four PE-coated wire shelves with 100 lbs. load capacity each allow organized storage.
The doors have keyed locks for secure storage. Equipped with a bottom-mounted 1/4 HP compressor, this unit uses R-290 hydrocarbon refrigerant with a capacity of 3.7 oz for efficient cooling. The copper evaporator and condenser coated in copper ensure consistent temperature control between 33°F and 41°F. Auto defrost functionality and ECM cooling fans optimize efficiency. Shielded LED lighting with a rocker switch allows bright illumination of products.
The magnetic door gasket, foamed-in-place insulation, and vacuum release air pressure relief door retain temperature and ease door opening. Measuring 54" W x 31.9" D x 79.5" H (including four 4-inch swivel casters with brakes), the freestanding merchandiser is both stable and mobile.
