The Vulcan 84" Chef Base Refrigerator is a refrigerated equipment stand designed for commercial kitchens that need a stable, stainless steel work surface directly above refrigerated storage. With a custom stainless steel top rated for up to 1,500 pounds, it supports countertop cooking equipment while keeping ingredients within easy reach.

Four self-closing drawers with a stay-open feature hold 12" x 20" x 6" food pans in a side-by-side pan orientation, and the 14-gauge stainless steel drawer slides are built for frequent use. Full-length drawer handles with gasket guards and vinyl magnetic snap-in gaskets help maintain a consistent seal. The cabinet measures 84" W x 32" D x 26" H and uses foamed-in-place polyurethane insulation.

The self-contained hermetic compressor is left-side mounted, and the front-breathing design allows zero clearance installation against walls or other equipment. A microprocessor control with 3-digit LED display maintains temperatures from 34°F to 38°F, while off-cycle evaporator defrost and R-404A refrigerant support steady operation. The unit runs on 115V, 60Hz, single-phase power at 6.7 amps with a NEMA 5-15P plug and 9-foot cord, and it moves on 3-inch casters with an adjustable channel moving system.
