The Vulcan VSC Series 72-inch chef base refrigerator is a refrigerated equipment stand built for commercial kitchens that need cold storage directly under cooking equipment. With a 1200-pound top capacity and a custom stainless steel top, it supports countertop cooking gear while keeping ingredients within reach.

Four self-closing drawers with a stay-open feature hold 12" x 20" x 6" pans in a front-to-back orientation, and the 14-gauge stainless steel drawer slides are designed for frequent use. The cabinet holds up to 8 full-size food pans, and the full-length drawer handles include a gasket guard. A 3-digit LED display and microprocessor control help staff monitor the 34°F to 38°F temperature range.

The self-contained hermetic compressor is left-side mounted, and the front-breathing design allows zero clearance installation. The unit runs on 115V, 60Hz, single-phase power at 6.7 amps with a NEMA 5-15P plug and a 9-foot cord. R-404A refrigerant, foamed-in-place polyurethane insulation, and off-cycle evaporator defrost support consistent cooling.
