The Vulcan 96" Chef Base Refrigerator is a refrigerated base designed for commercial kitchens that need extra workspace and cold storage in one unit. With six self-closing drawers and a stainless steel top, it supports heavy equipment while keeping ingredients within easy reach.

Measuring 96 inches wide, 34 inches deep, and 26 inches high, this chef base fits under countertops or cooking lines. The top supports up to 1,500 pounds and features a marine edge to contain spills. The front-breathing design allows zero clearance installation, so the unit can be placed flush against walls or other equipment.

Inside, the refrigerator holds up to twelve full-size food pans (12" x 20" x 6") across six drawers. The temperature range of 34°F to 38°F is maintained by a microprocessor control (INTELA-TRAUL) and a 1/2 HP hermetic compressor. The left-side mounted compressor and R-404A refrigerant provide reliable cooling. The unit operates on 115V, 60Hz, 1-phase power with a 9-foot cord and NEMA 5-15P plug.

Constructed with stainless steel interior and exterior, the chef base includes 14-gauge stainless steel drawer slides and magnetic snap-in gaskets. It is cULus Listed and NSF Certified.
