The Vulcan ARS60 is a 60-inch chef base refrigerator from the Achiever series, built for commercial kitchens that need refrigerated storage directly under cooking equipment. Its stainless steel top with marine edge supports up to 625 pounds, so it can serve as a stable base for countertop cooking gear while keeping ingredients within reach.

Two self-closing drawers with a stay-open feature accept 12" x 20" x 6" pans, and the cabinet holds up to six full-size food pans. Each drawer rides on a 14-gauge stainless steel slide with side-by-side pan orientation, and magnetic snap-in gaskets help maintain the 34°F to 38°F temperature range. The interior is stainless steel, and foamed-in-place polyurethane insulation supports temperature retention.

The self-contained hermetic compressor is left-side mounted, and the front-breathing design allows for zero clearance installation against walls or other equipment. A microprocessor control (INTELA-TRAUL) with 3-digit LED display provides temperature readout, and off-cycle evaporator defrost keeps the coil clear. The unit operates on 115V, 60Hz, single-phase power at 6.7 amps with a NEMA 5-15P plug and a 9-foot cord, and it uses R-404A refrigerant. Four-inch casters with adjustable channels allow positioning and movement.
