Serv-ware CB48-HC 50" Refrigerated Chef Base, 2 Drawers, Stainless Steel, 115V

The Serv-Ware Refrigerated Chef Base is designed for restaurants, hotels, and other commercial kitchen operations that require refrigerated storage beneath cooking equipment. It features a stainless steel exterior and interior with a refrigerated chef base design. The unit measures 50" (L) x 31.9" (W) x 26" (H) and includes two refrigerated drawers.

The chef base offers 6.5 cubic feet of refrigerated storage with two drawers and a marine edge top. It operates with a self-contained side-mounted refrigeration system using R-290 refrigerant. The temperature range of 33°F to 41°F is displayed on a digital LED control for monitoring.

The unit operates on 115V, 1 phase, 60 Hz power with a 2.1-amp electrical rating and 1/5 HP compressor. It includes a NEMA 5-15P plug and has a cooling capacity of 3,200 BTU per hour. Every 6-hour automatic defrosting and auto evaporation of condensation are included.

The chef base is fitted with four casters, including two with brakes, for movement and positioning in a commercial kitchen. It features magnetic drawer gaskets and CFC-free foam insulation. The unit is CE Certified, UL EPH Classified, cULus Classified, cETLus Listed, and cETLus Sanitation Listed. It includes a 1-year parts and labor warranty and a 5-year compressor parts warranty by the manufacturer.
