The Coldline 36" Chef Base Refrigerator is a 2-drawer under-equipment refrigeration unit built for commercial kitchens that need cold storage directly beneath cooking equipment. At 36.4" wide, 32.1" deep, and 25.4" tall, it fits standard line configurations and keeps prep ingredients within arm's reach of the chef during service.

The unit holds 5.9 cubic feet of refrigerated space, maintaining a temperature range of 33°F to 41°F, which suits a wide variety of perishable food items. The cabinet accommodates up to 1 full-size food pan and up to 3 one-sixth-size pans, making it practical for ingredient organization on the line. Foamed-in-place polyurethane insulation supports consistent interior temperatures, while automatic defrost reduces daily maintenance demands.

Construction is stainless steel throughout the main body, with an aluminum finished back panel. Heavy-duty pull handles on each drawer withstand the demands of a busy restaurant kitchen.
