Great bottle cooler. HorecaStore's website was easy to navigate and had good pics of the product. When it arrived, there was a small dent on the side. Called customer service and they were super apologetic, offered a partial refund which was nice. Despite that, the cooler works great, keeps everything at perfect temp. Just wish the shipping had been more careful.
