The True 36" Horizontal Air Curtain Merchandiser is a self-contained refrigerated display unit designed for restaurants, delis, grocery operations, and other commercial kitchen environments that need open-front merchandising for grab-and-go items at a consistent refrigerated temperature.

This unit holds a temperature range of 35°F to 40°F, making it well suited for pre-packaged foods, beverages, and chilled prepared items. The horizontal air curtain display type keeps product visible and accessible from above while the refrigeration system maintains food-safe temperatures. It operates in ambient environments up to 75°F, which covers most standard commercial kitchen and retail floor conditions. The self-contained refrigeration system uses R-290 hydrocarbon refrigerant, a low-GWP choice for operations mindful of environmental standards.

The interior features a clear aluminum liner and three tiered stainless steel shelves, offering organized, easy-to-clean storage across the 36 1/8" (W) x 30 1/8" (D) x 43 3/8" (H) footprint. High-density polyurethane insulation supports stable interior temperatures, and the time-initiated, time-terminated off-cycle defrost system handles frost management automatically without manual intervention. The bottom-mounted 1/3 horsepower compressor keeps the top of the unit free for display. LED lighting illuminates displayed items clearly for customer-facing settings.
