The True vertical air curtain merchandiser is a self-contained open-front refrigerated display unit designed for restaurants, delis, convenience stores, and other commercial kitchen or retail foodservice environments that need grab-and-go cold storage at point of sale.

The cabinet measures 32.125" (D) x 30.25" (W) x 56.375" (H) and holds three adjustable, heavy-duty PVC-coated wire shelves, giving staff flexibility to configure the interior around different package sizes. The air curtain cooling system maintains a temperature range of 33°F to 40°F, keeping perishable items within safe holding temperatures without requiring a physical door. The unit is rated for environments up to 75°F ambient temperature.

Built from black powder coated steel with glass sides, the merchandiser fits neatly into front-of-house or service counter areas. The bottom-mounted 3/4 HP compressor uses R-290 refrigerant, a hydrocarbon refrigerant with a low global warming potential. The unit draws 7.0 amperes at 115V, 60 Hz, single phase and ships with a 10-foot power cord and a NEMA 5-15P plug for straightforward installation. LED lighting illuminates the interior to improve product visibility. It ships at 280 lb and includes leg levelers for leveling on uneven floors.
