The Scotsman Prodigy Plus Ice Machine Head Only is designed for restaurants, beverage stations, healthcare facilities, and commercial kitchen operations requiring hard nugget ice production. It produces up to 1,199 lb of hard nugget ice in 24 hours and features H2 Harder Nugget Ice technology. The stainless steel construction includes a stainless steel evaporator and auger. Its dimensions are 24" (L) x 22.93" (W) x 27" (H).

The Scotsman Prodigy Plus Ice Machine Head Only features a self-contained refrigeration system with an air-cooled condenser and front-breathing ventilation. The modular design is suitable for installation with compatible ice storage bins. It operates on 208-230 V, 1 phase, 60 Hz power and uses R-290 refrigerant. The hardwired plug connection is designed for commercial foodservice installations.

This nugget ice machine head operates within ambient temperatures ranging from 50°F to 100°F and water temperatures from 40°F to 100°F. It accommodates water pressure between 20 and 80 PSIG and includes a 3/8-inch water inlet connection. One-touch cleaning and AutoAlert indicator lights support routine operation and maintenance in commercial food handling environments.

The Scotsman Prodigy Plus Series ice machine features sealed maintenance-free bearings, removable front-facing air filter, AgION antimicrobial protection, and a stainless steel auger.
