The Manitowoc IDT0500A-161X Indigo NXT is a commercial ice machine designed for medium-volume operations. Made of stainless steel with a clean silver finish, it measures 24 (W) x 24 (D) x 21.5 (H) inches and installs on compatible bins like D400 or D570. The interior is plastic, offering durability and easy cleaning.
This air-cooled, self-contained unit produces full-size dice cubes measuring 7/8 x 7/8 x 7/8 inches (W x D x H). It delivers up to 520 lbs. of ice per day and uses 5.25 kWh per 100 lbs. It runs on 115 V, draws 11.5 A, and operates on 1 phase and 60 Hz. It connects via a hardwire plug and supports a max fuse size of 15 A.
The unit uses R410A refrigerant with a cooling capacity of 6000 BTU/hour. It consumes 19 gal of water per day, connects to a 3/8 in water inlet and a 1/2 in drain, and handles potable water pressure from 20 to 80 psi and condenser pressure from 20 to 276 psi.
It features programmable ice production, intelligent diagnostics, a display with cleaning alerts, and built-in LuminIce II for sanitation. The food zone is easy to clean.
