The Manitowoc IYT0900A-251 is a high-capacity ice machine head without a storage bin, designed for reliable, continuous performance in high-demand commercial kitchens. It is constructed with a stainless steel exterior and a plastic interior, finished in sleek silver, and is made in America. This unit produces 865 lbs of half-size ice cubes per day, with each cube measuring 3/8" x 1 1/8" x 7/8" (W x D x H).
It operates on 220/240 V, 1 phase, 50 Hz, and draws 9.5 amps using a hardwire plug type. It is protected by a 15 A maximum fuse. The machine measures 30" (W)x 24.5" (D) x 26.5" (H). It uses R410A refrigerant, features an air-cooled self-contained condenser, and includes programmable ice production, intelligent diagnostics, and a cleaning alert indicator (display) for simplified operation.
This model operates in ambient temperatures from 40˚ to 100˚F, consumes just 4.58 kWh per 100 lbs of ice, and uses 19 gallons of potable water. It supports a potable water pressure range of 20 to 80 psi. Installation is configured for placement on compatible bins and dispensers such as the D570 and D970. The IYT0900A-251 is certified by cULus Listed, NSF Approved, AHRI Certified, CE Listed, and Energy Star.
