It processes up to 244 racks per hour with a conveyor speed of 6.8 feet per minute.It delivers a 160°F wash and a 180°F high-temperature rinse using 180°F sanitizing water. The unit has a 3 HP wash power, 1/3 HP rinse power, and 1/3 HP conveyor power, running on 208V, 60 Hz, and 3-phase power at 60 amps. Its 11-gallon wash tank is heated by a 12 kW heater, while polymer rinse jets ensure even water coverage. Water usage is just 0.49 gallons per rack.Pump protection with a 2-stage strainer and a slip clutch conveyor protects internal components and racks from damage. This model measures 64" W x 30" D x 81.25" H (with control box) and supports rack sizes of 19.75" x 19.75" with a 15" x 24.5" access door clearance. It operates from left to right and offers a 44-inch width table-to-table. A 72" straight exit table is mandatory for proper setup.Installation requires a 3/4" FPT water inlet, 2" drain, 6-gauge wire + 1 ground, and code-compliant plumbing and electrical connections.
