Proudly made in America and finished in durable white, this unit features a slide-in chassis for streamlined servicing and installation. Built with a heat pump and electric resistance backup, it ensures a temperature range of 62°F to 80°F.
Delivering a cooling capacity of 9,200 to 9,400 BTU and a heating output of up to 8,400/8,100 BTU (reverse cycle), this commercial PTAC unit operates with a cooling EER of 11.3/11.4 and a heating COP of 3.3. It functions on 208–230 volts, drawing just 3.9/3.7 amps for cooling and 4.3/4.7 amps for heating, while consuming only 830/805 watts. Using R32 refrigerant, it meets modern environmental standards.
Equipped with a rotary compressor and high-performance fan motor, the unit ensures quiet operation with SmartFan™ cycling and 2-speed selections across cooling, heating, and fan-only modes. The built-in auto power recovery feature automatically restores previous settings after a power outage. With dimensions of 42.4 in (W) x 20.9 in (D) x 16 in (H), this PTAC unit installs cleanly through the wall.
It is supported by an included power cord and concealed manual vent control. Additional features include frost control, outdoor exhaust venting, and a 2-position discharge grille for flexible airflow direction. Backed by a 1-year parts and labor warranty, the Hotpoint PTAC Unit also offers Freeze Sentinel™ for low-temperature protection, auto emergency heat, and remote thermostat compatibility (kit required).
