The Hotpoint AHES12D3XXA PTAC Unit is a high-performance PTAC unit that delivers efficient cooling in commercial hospitality environments. Proudly made in America, this unit features a durable white exterior, slide-in chassis, and robust construction for reliable performance. It provides 12,200–12,400 BTU cooling capacity and uses a rotary compressor for smooth and quiet operation.
With a cooling EER of 10.4/10.5, it ensures energy-efficient climate control. The system operates on 208–230 volts, drawing 6.1/5.8 amps, and consumes 1190/1160 watts. The unit includes a single high-performance fan motor, SmartFan™ cycle control, and 2-speed selections for cooling, fan-only, and heating modes. The auto power recovery feature automatically restores previous settings after a power interruption. It uses eco-friendly R32 refrigerant and meets modern energy standards.
This PTAC unit is equipped with Freeze Sentinel™ for low-temperature protection and is remote thermostat ready (kit required). Designed for easy through-the-wall installation, the unit measures 42.4" (W) x 20.9" (D) x 16" (H). It features a concealed manual vent control, outdoor exhaust, a 2-position discharge grille, frost control, and comes with an included power cord for quick installation.
