The Hotpoint AHHS12D3XXA PTAC Unit is a high-performance through-the-wall air conditioning and heating solution built for commercial spaces. Proudly made in America and finished in clean white, this unit features a slide-in chassis for easier maintenance and servicing. Designed for year-round use, it includes a heat pump with resistance backup, making it ideal for regions with fluctuating temperatures.
This PTAC unit delivers a cooling capacity of 12,200 to 12,400 BTU and a heating output of 11,000/10,800 BTU through reverse cycle operation. It offers a cooling EER of 10.4/10.5 and a heating COP of 3.1/3.2, ensuring consistent performance with minimal energy waste. The system supports a temperature range of 62°F to 80°F and comes with 2 cooling, 2 heating, and 2 fan-only speed selections.
Additional features include "SmartFan" cycling, auto power recovery, auto emergency heat, and Freeze Sentinel™ protection for colder climates. Using R32 refrigerant, it offers long-term reliability and energy savings. It also supports remote thermostat compatibility (kit required) for integrated building control. With dimensions of 42.4" (W) x 20.9" (D) x 16" (H), this PTAC unit easily fits wall sleeves and is ideal for professional installations.
The rotary compressor and concealed manual vent control ensure quiet, efficient airflow, while the discharge grille offers 2-position control.
