The True TSSU-72-10-HC is a heavy-duty commercial sandwich and salad prep table built with a spacious capacity of 21.5 cubic feet and offers plenty of cold storage for busy kitchens. The stainless steel exterior and aluminum-lined stainless steel interior make it both durable and professional in appearance, perfect for demanding foodservice environments.This unit comes with a full-length cutting board measuring 72.37"(W) x 11.75" (D) x 1/2" thick. It holds up to 10 sixth-size pans on the top rail that prepare ingredients quickly and keep them within reach. Inside the refrigerated base, it has 6 shelves made of PVC-coated wire, each measuring 27.5 x 16". The base style is refrigerated and fully insulated with polyurethane to keep ingredients at safe temperatures between 33°F and 41°F.Designed for efficiency, the True TSSU-72-10-HC includes a 1/2 HP rear-mounted compressor that is side and rear-breathing.
